The ALLICE Collective is committed to offering culturally competent and relevant training, support, and guidance to graduate student interns who demonstrate a strong commitment to improving mental health within the Black community. Our focus is on equipping interns with the tools and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful impact in promoting well-being and resilience among Black women, men, and adolescents.

What we are looking for:

  • Graduate students who have a strong passion for, and commitment to, mental health advocacy and support for Black communities.

  • Must be eager to learn, adapt, and contribute positively to our team.

  • We require students who are committed to ethical practice, continued professional development, and are able to uphold the values of our organization.

  • Students enrolled in a graduate mental health counseling or master of social work program.
