The ALLICE Collective is committed to offering culturally competent and relevant training, support, and guidance to graduate student interns who demonstrate a strong commitment to improving mental health within the Black community. Our focus is on equipping interns with the tools and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful impact in promoting well-being and resilience among Black women, men, and adolescents.

What we are looking for:
Graduate students who have a strong passion for, and commitment to, mental health advocacy and support for Black communities.
Must be eager to learn, adapt, and contribute positively to our team.
We require students who are committed to ethical practice, continued professional development, and are able to uphold the values of our organization.
Students enrolled in a graduate mental health counseling or master of social work program.
