The Empowerment Collective
The ALLICE Collective recognizes the power of relationships and community. Through mutual support, sharing of experiences, and COLLECTIVE wisdom, we aim to foster genuine connections, personal growth, and empowerment. Our groups are facilitated by experienced mental health professionals who are skilled in promoting open dialogue, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Breakfast & Brotherhood
Men deserve a space where their voices are heard and their experiences are understood without judgment. In a world where vulnerability is often seen as weakness and systemic barriers make it harder to access the support they need, Breakfast & Brotherhood creates a safe and affirming environment for connection.
This group is about more than conversation; it’s about unpacking the weight of societal expectations, challenging the stigma around mental health, and building a sense of community rooted in trust, understanding, and growth. Here, men can reflect, share, and support one another as they navigate life’s complexities.
Every 3rd Saturday
-
Sisterhood Bonds & Boundaries
Women deserve a space where they can show up as their full selves—where their experiences are not only heard but deeply understood. Sisterhood Bonds & Boundaries is more than a group; it’s a community rooted in trust, connection, and growth. Here, women learn how to build and sustain healthy friendships, strengthen their sense of self, and set boundaries that honor their emotional well-being.
Through open conversations and shared experiences, women create a space to rest, reflect, and reimagine what it means to care for ourselves and each other.
