Sisterhood Bond & Boundaries
Exploring the beautiful complexities of Black women and how to navigate personal relationships.
Wisdom & Worth Youth Wellness Initiative
Our program empowers Black middle school students through wellness activities, creative arts, community building, and personal growth workshops. Students build confidence, manage stress, and develop life skills to support their journey. The program culminates in a celebratory Sneaker Ball, where they showcase creative projects to family and community—with free breakfast, snacks, and transportation provided to reduce barriers and ensure access for all.
Black Men's Mental Health Conference (Sponsored by justUS)
The BMMHC, created by justUs, provides a platform designed to identify specific tools, resources, and networks that support Black Men and their mental health journeys. Disparities in mental health treatment have caused significantly higher levels of drug abuse, suicide, and domestic violence in communities comprised of people of color.

Labor & Legacy in Houston: A Fundraising Gala & Black History Month Kick-Off
In line with the 2025 Black History Month theme, “African Americans and Labor,” we are celebrating Black leaders in Houston and surrounding areas who have excelled in their fields while also contributing to the well-being and empowerment of our communities. By honoring their contributions, we align our mission of fostering connection, support, and empowerment with the broader narrative of labor and legacy—showing that true progress is built on the foundation of shared efforts and collective resilience.
